Shipping & Returns

We pack and send all orders from regional Victoria, Australia.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, this may take a little longer.

All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates:
• Australia — $10 flat rate
• New Zealand — $16 flat rate

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Each piece is handmade and hand-dyed, so slight variations in colour and finish are to be expected from item to item.
